The Azienda Agricola Mario Loreto, a farm dedicated to the production of extra-virgin olive oil "il Martello", is situated in the outskirts of Florence. Perched on the hill of Maiano, between Florence and Fiesole, the farm consists of 6 hectares of olive orchard comprised of 1,200 olive trees. The trees are mostly of the moraiolo, leccino and frantoio varieties.
